Tai Chi at The Ardagh

There is an additional free Tai-Chi class added to the schedule on Fridays. Tai-Chi Level 2 for those who have learned Level 1 and are looking to develop further.
These are brilliant classes, delivered by volunteers from Bristol Age UK. Free to attend, but donations are welcome!
Tai Chi Shibashi can be done sitting or standing, which makes it very accessible, and its benefits have been well researched. It can improve balance and cognitive function as well as aid with pain management.
