Ardagh Community Trust is a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) whose members collectively manage the charity. This type of CIO includes members who are not trustees (known as open membership) and is accountable to its members as well as the Charity Commission.
Becoming a member of ACT enables people to demonstrate their support and to have a voice in how the organisation is managed and developed. It is an opportunity to consider how ACT can continue to thrive in the future for the benefit of the local community.
